I probably should not be watching “Open Water 2: Adrift” with my already unnatural fear of the water…
Well well, I subscribed to Netfilx Canada about 5 hours ago for their free trial month and damn it, they’ve suckered me in. Enjoying it so far - we’ll see if I still use it much in a month.
So my boss is a pretty cool guy. Whenever he’s in town, we have a great time. He does well with the challenges of our team and is pretty much an approachable guy you can be honest with.
His wife is a pro photographer and just won a large grant to finish up her work on documenting women in poverty all over the world. She takes the most amazing pictures.

I need to go out and work on my assignments, but it’s raining. And I don’t mean “ooh, look at the drizzle” I mean RAINING and it’s only 2C out. It snowed on Friday so I guess rain is the better option… Normally, I don’t mind rain, but rain and freezing temperatures makes me want to sit home in my jammies. As predicted, it’s a long weekend and my 365 project is waaaay behind. However, I’ve completed Unit 2 of my course (got a 95% on the exam - I was pleased, it was a hard unit). Now, I’ve got to shoot the assignment so I need to haul my butt out of the house tomorrow (rain or not) and start working on it. That’s the plan, anyway… wish me luck!
For the last three weeks we headed up to the Rockies for the day (or even for the weekend, as with last week). Today.. i sit home awaiting a huge thunderstorm and am feeling grumpy about it.
However, working on Unit Two of my classes - I am a black and white film developing queen now! :)
Also, cruising eBay for new graduated ND filters - I managed to drop mine in a waterfall or two last week...
Man, I suck at keeping my 365 up to date. It’s going to end up being about a 173/365 at this rate :(
