In full lazy butt mode today - we leave for San Francisco in less than 10 hour and I haven’t even started to pack yet. Oh my
BTW, got the car fixed and back to my by Wednesday. I am $868 poorer right now but I own the boy’s paycheques until he’s paid me back :)
Spent all day yesterday shooting a newborn. A newborn who didn’t want to be tucked, swaddled, away from her...
Day 2 no car. It’s funny, I used to drive a LOT. Now that the kids are older and I work from home, I only put 7,000 km on it in a year (as opposed to my old 24,000 km in a year)
I don’t go out a lot and when I do, I go with my husband in his car.
Now that mine is “sick” - it’s driving me nuts. LOL
The boy just called - it seems he bent a control arm. ...
sigh. Alingment my ass. My son just got home and I got more of the story. I asked if there was body damage, no, just the wheel pushed in
Pushed in? I ask. How’d you get it to the dealer? He called OnStar and they sent a tow truck
Sigh… I think I’m going to be without a car for a while…

And how’s your Monday? My new (free from work) iPod touch arrived today. YAY! While I was getting it all charged up my son called - had a minor accident with my car. BOO.
So now I’m learning all the differences between my 1st generation iPod and this new 4th generation one while waiting to get the call from the dealership on the car.

So I drowned my iPod touch the other night and the chance of it coming back to life is pretty much nil.
I loved it - it was a 1st generation 8G. The build quality was out of this world - back when they made it out of metal not plastic made to look like metal.
Anyway, that’s pointless. It’s dead.
Today, I see that our recognition program at work has the 4th Generation 32G but...
